Welcome to SkillPay! These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and SKILLPLAY TECHNOLOGIES (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our mobile application.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use the App. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• (a) You are at least 18 years old;
• (b) You have not previously been suspended or removed from the App;
• (c) Your registration and your use of the App is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Accounts

You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate.

3. Skill-Based Gaming

The games offered on this platform are games of skill. The outcome of the games depends on your physical and mental skills (reaction time, dexterity, strategy) and not on chance. You acknowledge that you are participating in these games for entertainment and competition purposes.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your account are for the sole purpose of participating in games.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed via Binance Pay or local bank transfers where supported. We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal ("KYC").
• Fees: We may deduct a platform fee or commission from game winnings. All fees are transparently displayed before you join a match.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. Prohibited activities include:

• Using scripts, bots, auto-clickers, or any automated system to play games.
• Attempting to bypass or hack any security measures of the App.
• Engaging in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages.
• Selling or transferring your profile to another person.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SKILLPLAY TECHNOLOGIES, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
